The Sourcing Committee reviews and investigates the use of In House Contractors and the Company’s decisions to outsource work normally performed by UAW Local 2911 represented employees.
There are three represented members on this committee. This number is the negotiated number agreed to at the National level. Both the union and the company can have up to three members on their committee.
