Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

If you have a behavioral health emergency, in other words someone is threatening to harm them self or someone else, dial 911 and request a CIT trained officer.  The CIT officers are specially trained to assist during mental health emergencies.  You can also receive immediate assistance at the Parkview or St. Joe Hospital emergency rooms.  Parkview Behavioral Health's access center has a 24 hour hotline 260-373-7500 where you can call to schedule assessments.  St. Joe Behavioral Health also has a 24 hour hotline available to schedule a free assessment at 260-425-3606.

The Fort Wayne UAW EAP Coordinator is Gayle Goodrich
