2010 TDTC PHASEDOWN AGREEMENT CLARIFICATION LETTER

The Phasedown agreement including Clarification letter was ratified June 2, 2011.

72% voted to accept the Phasedown Agreement and 28% voted to decline the Phase Down Agreement.

10/30/2010 5pm: The Main Labor Contract was ratified by the UAW (73% yes, 27% no). Local 2911 ratified the Main contract (97% yes, 3% no).

The TDTC Phasedown agreement portion of the contract was NOT ratified by the Local 2911 membership (89% no, 11% yes).
